after i did
sudo apt-get install --reinstall hplip hplip-data
sudo apt-get install --reinstall python3

now it seems solved, i don't have the error anymore

  I don't know what happened, but now when i want to upgrade i get:

  dpkg: fout bij verwerken van pakket update-manager-core (--configure):
   vereistenproblemen - blijft ongeconfigureerd
  dpkg: vereistenproblemen verhinderen de triggerafhandeling voor gconf2:
   gconf2 is afhankelijk van python3:any; maar:
    Pakket python3 is nog niet geconfigureerd.

  dpkg: fout bij verwerken van pakket gconf2 (--configure):
   vereistenproblemen - triggers blijven onbehandeld
  Fouten gevonden tijdens verwerken van:
