Looking at the log, it shows that grub-efi was correctly installed, then
for some reason, grub-efi was removed, and grub-pc installed instead,
then the install crashes.

Bug description:
  Booting from the Ubuntu 18.04 installation USB stick.
  - Chose "Try Ubuntu"
  - set up wifi network
  - From a terminal I upgraded ubiquity to 18.04.14.3
  - clicked on "Install Ubuntu 18.04 LTS"
  - did a Normal installation (with option to download updates) on a blank harddrive
