[Bug 1782571] [NEW] package gcc-7-base (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: no package named 'gcc-7-base' is installed, cannot configure

I am using HP notebook.
Config-
AMD processor
500GB Hard-drive
8GB RAM

There are lot of error when upgrade my ubuntu version. It also missing
wifi on my PC.
