[Bug 1782825] [NEW] missing symlink for library

On bionic, I needed to

ln -s /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libdevmapper.so.1.02.1 /lib/x86_64-linux-
gnu/libdevmapper.so.1.02

in order for some previously built programs (like skopeo) to continue to
work.
