Please use the tool 'ppa-purge' from the package named 'ppa-purge' to
remove the following PPA from your system:

https://launchpad.net/~mc3man/+archive/ubuntu/prop4me

This remove the packages that PPA provides and should allow the release
upgrader to calculate the upgrade process.
