[Bug 1783619] Re: do-release-upgrade fails to calculate upgrade due to ubuntu-toolchain PPA

You have quite a few PPAs enabled and they can cause release upgrades to
fail as they may provide package versions which are greater than those
in the Ubuntu archive. One PPA which stands out to me is the ubuntu-
toolchain PPA - you can try disabling it and removing its packages using
the tool 'ppa-purge' from the package of the same name. After that
please try the upgrade again.

** Summary changed:

- do-release-upgrade fails to calculate upgrade, crashes because appstreamcli crashes iin a g_str* assertion
+ do-release-upgrade fails to calculate upgrade due to ubuntu-toolchain PPA

** Changed in: ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Incomplete
