Hi, developer of networkd-dispatcher here. Since this is shipping in
Ubunutu 18.04, I just wanted to give a heads up that the source and
project page locations are changing from github to gitlab.com. You can
find the new home here:

https://gitlab.com/craftyguy/networkd-dispatcher

I have archived the old project page on github.com  and posted an issue on the old project indicating my intentions to move: https://github.com/craftyguy/networkd-dispatcher/issues/41 
(as verification, if you will, that I am who I say I am)
