Title:
  display bug at login

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:

After an update from Ubuntu 16.04 to 18.04 where everything was ok, there's a display issue at login.

1- there's no account name beside the avatar
2- below the text area to enter login and password there're two buttons
  "cancel" and "unlock"
My Ubuntu is in french langage so I should have:

"annuler" (as cancel) and "déverrouiller" (as unlock)

The bug is that not all the letters are displayed

If the system is locked automatically, the text is correct but if I
choose to login with another account I get the issue again.
