I cannot create a license/copying file, as the copyright holder /
upstream should do that.
Filed a Debian bug report, about this, linked. If and when it is fixed
it will land in Ubuntu via merge. I do not believe this is in fact
critical to track, apart from the BTS bug. Thus this is now complete.
