You have installed packages from the 'ubuntu-toolchain' ubuntu-test PPA
and that is causing a failure to upgrade. Please install the package
ppa-purge and use the tool in it called ppa-purge to remove the PPA and
downgrade to official Ubuntu package versions. This should then allow
the upgrade to proceed.
