[Bug 1776546] [NEW] Yakkety packages are missing from old-releases.ubuntu.com

Public bug reported:

At least two packages are missing from old-releases.ubuntu.com for
Yakkety, aka release 16.10. Recently a large number of yakkety packages
were available, but returning 403 errors, likely due to a permission
error. It seems that issue has been resolved, or at least the packages I
needed appear to be working. However it seems a handful of packages are
now missing entirely. The two packages I know about are:

E: Failed to fetch http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/g/gsoap/libgsoap9_2.8.30-1_amd64.deb  404  Not Found
E: Failed to fetch http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/q/qtx11extras-opensource-src/libqt5x11extras5_5.6.1-2build1~1_amd64.deb  404  Not Found
E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?

Which happened to be dependencies required by the virtualbox guest
additions.

I'll attach the packages to this ticket, in case it helps.

P.S. The old-releases server could also use HTTPS support.
