It seems I've resolved using theese commands:

for fil in $(cat file_list_of_errored_packets);do rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/${fil}.postinst; done
apt install -f

Now I get no errors anymore ... I will be back just to confirm or
discard the resolution of this bug

Title:
Some loops between services while upgrading through apt

Status in console-setup package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
While I try to upgrade my Ubuntu through "apt upgrade", it gives me many errors involving loops between services (insserv gives me the output).
I've tried to purge grub-common and make upgrade again -> no result.
I'm not able to understand well what's happening.

The error is raised after an upgrade of ~400MB today. Some packets
have been correctly installed. These others (listed in the attached
file, at the bottom of it), raises an error.

Thank you for you effort in resolving this bug guys !!!
