[Bug 1777291] [NEW] I installed the trial for ibuntu on my usb hard drive then i clicked on the ubuntu installer as i wanted to convert to the main installer and I get this error to do with the grub menu, any help would be great :)

I am using a dual boot system with a rufus iso for ibuntu that i used to
install the trail version of ubuntu which i then attempted to upgrade to
the full version which gave me this error
