I've managed to install system with the same configuration using
original ISO, so this bug should be closed. Live OS doesn't really work
on GPD Pocket but installer seem to be fine.

  I'm trying to install ubuntu 18.04 on free space shrinked from my
  Windows 10 installation.

  /boot was set to ext4, 512MB, physical partition
  / was created on ext4 on the new crypt partition, also created as primary.
