[Bug 1778863] [NEW] Can not install Ubuntu 18.04LTS on Dell PowerEdge FC 430

On the installation stage, after select the hard drivers to be used and
click the 'next', the installer go to step 1 on which the language be
selected.

I tried to install Ubuntu Server 16.04 LTS with the same hardware
configuration and it worked so it might be a bug of the installer of the
Ubuntu server 18.04 LTS.
