from your log:

aug 23 09:45:31 hostname systemd[1]: Failed to start OpenBSD Secure Shell server.

It seems you have configured a listen address that does not exist.
This makes the server (re-)start fail.

And that in turn will break updates/installs.

Please fix your configuration of sshd and things will resolve.
