Public bug reported:

Hello,

In Kubuntu 18.04, nothing appends when clicking on an apturl link in
Firefox 60. Instead, it should have open the apturl window interface.

2018.06.29, no package apturl-kde available for Bionic (18.04).

One simple alternative, to install a package with an apt link on
Firefox, use "plasma-discover".

What has been done:
- Fresh install Kubuntu 18.04, config and update;
- Remove Firefox;
- Install Firefox-plasma (Firefox + kde integration);
- Install apturl;
- Config apturl in Firefox:
In Firefox page about:config, add 5 parameters:
  Char    network.protocol-handler.app.apt                value /usr/bin/apturl
  Char    network.protocol-handler.app.apt+http           Value /usr/bin/apturl
  Boolean network.protocol-handler.warn-external.apt      Value false
  Boolean network.protocol-handler.warn-external.apt+http Value false
  Boolean network.protocol-handler.expose.apt             Value false
In Firefox, click on an apt link, config window "Launch application" with /usr/bin/apturl and select "Remember choice".
The process apturl starts and failed few seconds later.

Alternative, in the window "Launch application", write "plasma-discover" and select "Remember choice".
Plasma-discover works but is slow. Apturl-kde in Kubuntu 14.04 was an ideal solution.

Can someone fix apturl and apturl-kde for kubuntu 18.04?
