  libcurl is missing brotli support

Status in curl package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Now that the bionic release of curl has added HTTP/2 support, please
  consider adding support for brotli too.

  This can be compiled in with the --with-brotli flag that is already
  available and adding the libbrotli-dev package as a dependency.
