Today is feature freeze, and v1.3.4 was out since September.

This is too late, to request version upgrades, and should have been done
much earlier.

Let me remind you that the release schedule for Bionic is at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BionicBeaver/ReleaseSchedule and that Feature
Definition Freeze was on 30 November 2017, by which point we expect to
receive all the requests for software upgrades.
