nano fails to redo a file insertion

Bug description:
In Bionic Beaver (and in any nano between 2.8.0 and 2.9.3), trying to
redo a file insertion can fail with the message: "[ Gone undo line --
please report a bug ]".
To reproduce, run 'nano --ignore' and type: Ctrl+R /etc/issue
<Enter> Alt+U Alt+E
Attached upstream patch fixes the issue.
