Yes, as you mention, this is fixed as part of command-not-found
18.04.0~pre2 which is also available in Ubuntu bionic.

Bug description:
  There is a typo in the recent command-not-found version:
  "The command '%s' can be intsalled by typing" (intsalled -> installed)

  There is also something that looks like a typo in other string:
  "Please ask your administrator.'" (The "'" character at the end of the text.)
