Did another sudo-update manager run.
Got:

illem at Xubuntu-18-04:~$ sudo update-manager
[sudo] wachtwoord voor willem:
WARNING:root:Error loading .desktop file /usr/share/applications/gnome-mines.desktop: constructor returned NULL

gnome-mines was one of the applications which needed to be updated.
