I have updated Bug #1661869 with an SRU template and new updates to fix
this issue, plus the issue in that bug.

The fix is simply to update /etc/avahi/avahi-daemon.conf and comment out
the entire [rlimits] section.  You can do this yourself (but the package
update will do it for you).

It'd be great if you can try this fix yourself and report back on if
that fixes the issue for you, if not, please consider opening a new bug
using apport.
