[Bug 1757304] [NEW] Does anything use this package?

Public bug reported:

This source produces libuv0.10 and libuv0.10-dev binary packages. The
libuv1 source package produces the libuv1 and libuv1-dev binary
packages.

Does anything require these ancient 0.10 version libraries? Can this
source package be removed?
