Title:
  Fixup ADT tests

Status in systemd package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in systemd source package in Artful:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  [Impact]

In artful, there are autopkgtest failures that can be improved/fixed
  with the following commits:

   * stop using ext3, and instead use ext4 as fsck.ext3 may be missing
  in the initramfs.

   * correctly parse prefixes, when parsing units and deciding which
binaries to copy into the test image.

These are changes to the setup codes of the test-suite, and no change in test assertions being made. Hopefully this will make adt results more green.

  [Test Case]

   * Check that autopkgtests are not failing with missing fsck.ext3
   * Check that autopkgtesta are not failing with failing to copy referenced binaries

  [Regression Potential]

   * No changes to the code shipped / binaries shipped
