Public bug reported:

updated from ubuntu 17.10 to 18.04 (went very smoothly fyi). I was
trying to test out new VNC and I kept getting some wierd errors. Noticed
that airplane mode was on, So I turned off. Now I am noticing after each
reboot airplane mode comes on automatically. If you need logs or
anything let me know. Its just my test linux laptop.

** Affects: xe-guest-utilities (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
