[Bug 1758920] [NEW] Disable gnome-software service on live session

Public bug reported:

gnome-software updates its cache when the session service starts which
uses lot a precious resources when ran from a live session fully running
in memory.

gnome-software service should not start during live session to lighten
the load on the device.
