  Can't update software

Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  It seem that the update software will not install and keep give me this information. Please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and include the following error message:
  E:The package linux-image-extra-4.8.0-53-generic needs to be reinstalled, but I can't find an archive for it. Or this information Check if you are using third-party repositories. If so, disable them, because they are a common source of problems.
  Furthermore, run the following command in a Terminal: apt-get install -f
