  Migrate ubuntu 16.04 to 18.04 problem touchpad

Bug description:
  After migration my right bouton of touchpad was desactived
  I need in /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/70-synaptics.conf to add option "Clickpad True" and comment #Option "Ignore" "on" in section InputClass
