Bug description:
  Comparing http://dep.debian.net/deps/dep3/ to
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/iproute2/+bug/1668813/+attachment/4835669/+files/iproute2_4.3.0-1ubuntu3.16.04.1.debdiff,
  it seems like `dep3changelog` should work, but it seems to stop on the
  first empty line seen.
