Public bug reported:

I just installed Ubuntu 18.4 (from USB) on a Lenovo ThinkPad T470. When
installing further apps (e.g. Kile) I got a number of error messages
that I first skipped but now that I signed in to Ubuntu One the program
suggests I should submit bug reports for all of them.
