Your issue is due to the installed ppas.
You need to downgrade to genuine version, via 'ppa-purge' for each ppa, and deactivate the others you cant downgrade (no equivalent into archive).
Then clean the system with bleachbit (as root, carefully select option), and reboot.
Next try to dist-upgrade might be easier.
