You have a corrupted sda directory; so repair it first. Try fsck first
then if the problem persist, use gparted to know what is wrong (possibly
rebuild the table)

I tried all possible ways to install, read through all the discussion on most of the forum
I am stuck up
i tried modifying the options in the bios also
but i could not get through
