  Fresh bionic beaver install failed due to grub instalation error -
  Windows 7 dual boot

  New

Bug description:
  During a fresh install of bionic beaver co-resident with Windows 7
  Ultimate a received a message stating that grub failed to install. I
  utilized manual partitioning just after a resizing of the windows main
  partition (using gparted) with no system reboot.
