[Bug 1773059] [NEW] error appeared when i tried to format my old 18.04 installation to a new 18.04 one.

my old 18.04 installation had a problem with wireless driver. I tried to
fixed it a lot of times, and nothing worked well. So I tried to format
it and install 18.04 again, using the same installation media. and the
following error appeared. I'll try to format and install again, though
