'proposed' is enabled by default on bionic server-live amd64 daily
images via /etc/apt/sources.list.d/proposed.list. This is unexpected.

These images were downloaded at http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-server/bionic/daily-live/current/bionic-live-server-amd64.iso
I tested two copies:
