Never noticed there was a reply, nevertheless, artful is dead now so
while that's now a moot point, I can't seem to reproduce that error, at
least when I run that URL as an argument for dget.

  added support for the meson build system, it would be great to have a
  newer version of debhelper in xenial-backports than 10.2.2.
