[Bug 1797773] [NEW] installing as second os with existing windows 10 insecure boot uefi

Public bug reported:

created studio live USB with rufus in windows 10. the usb would boot
UEFI but not with secure boot.

I disabled secure boot and it installed ok, until this grub install
error.

will try booting into it and repairing grub there
