How did you set up the partitioning for that system? Please tell us more
about the disks attached and how you configured the partitions,
including which filesystems you added.

  18.10 installer crashed just after time zone selection

Bug description:
  Default new installation. Requested installer to format storage media
  (NVMe SSD). Reported it was going to create two partitions.  Approved
  and then it stopped after the time zone screen.
