Hi all, I managed to start the apport-autoreport service with
systemctl start whoopsie.service
and then
systemctl start apport-autoreport.service


But everytime I reboot I still get the error in the bug opener's screenshot 20180817_195237.jpg and 
systemctl status apport-autoreport.service
