Title:
Fresh installation doesn't add shimx64.efi as a secure boot option on
  acer aspire e5

Status in shim package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
A fresh installation of Ubuntu 18.04.01 LTS doesn't add the
shimx64.efi to the list of boot options.

  Customer Impact:
After an installation, the system just boots back into windows and Ubuntu doesn't appear as a boot option under the F12 boot menu.

  To resolve:
Log into the Bios, under security, go to "files to trust for secure boot" and then add either the shimx64.efi. if you add the grubx64.efi, the boot will fail after an update to grub.

  Expectation:
After an installation (dual boot), I have the option to boot into Ubuntu without mucking around in the BIOS :)
