It is not enough to remove the sources.list files from the
sources.list.d folder, you need to also install the official version of
the package you installed from the ppa. This can be done with the tool
ppa-purge from the package ppa-purge.  Thanks!

Bug description:
  The same warning information as the case described in
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-release-
  upgrader/+bug/1791020 after I delected all ppa list files in the
  source.list.d folder , updated and upgraded. I also install the
  official version xorg as a good one told me. Now I just don't know how
  to get this down.
