As the comments above discuss, it looks like unixodbc 2.3.6-0.1 was
synced to Ubuntu Cosmic.

  Version 2.3.5 of unixODBC library was released in 2018-01-02.

  Is there any chance it would be included in Ubuntu 18.04 LTS?

  This new release contains many bug-fixes and improvements from the
  previous version (2.3.4) which was released in 2015.
