Bug description:
  Dear Canonical.

  We would like to have arm-linux-gnueabi target on ppc64el cross
  toolchain. This would enable us to use a ppc64el host to do cross
  compilation for aarch64.

  I talked to Matthias Klose already, and he is aware of this request.
