linux-modules-4.18.0-17-generic misses the autofs module whereas linux-
modules-4.15.0-47-generic contains it:

root at files07:~# find /lib/modules -name '*autofs*'

/lib/modules/4.15.0-47-generic/kernel/fs/autofs4
/lib/modules/4.15.0-47-generic/kernel/fs/autofs4/autofs4.ko
root at files07:~# dpkg -l|grep linux-modules
ii linux-modules-4.15.0-46-generic 4.15.0-46.49 amd64 Linux kernel extra modules for version 4.15.0 on 64 bit x86 SMP
ii linux-modules-4.15.0-47-generic 4.15.0-47.50 amd64 Linux kernel extra modules for version 4.15.0 on 64 bit x86 SMP
ii linux-modules-4.18.0-15-generic 4.18.0-15.16~18.04.1 amd64 Linux kernel extra modules for version 4.18.0 on 64 bit x86 SMP
ii linux-modules-4.18.0-16-generic 4.18.0-16.17~18.04.1 amd64 Linux kernel extra modules for version 4.18.0 on 64 bit x86 SMP
ii linux-modules-4.18.0-17-generic 4.18.0-17.18~18.04.1 amd64 Linux kernel extra modules for version 4.18.0 on 64 bit x86 SMP
