It is present in the folder : /usr/local/lib/python3.6/dist-packages
but not in the folder : /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/
Should I simply copy the first folder
(/usr/local/lib/python3.6/dist-packages/chardet) to the second one (
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/chardet)?
