Your system has many packages which are out of date because you do not
have the -updates pocket of the Ubuntu archive enabled. Please enable
that, update your system, and try the upgrade again. Additionally,
reviewing your sources.list file you only have the main component
enabled in your sources.list file while you have packages installed from
other components (e.g. main, universe, multiverse). You'll also likely
want to enable those components again so the upgrade will be
calculatable.
