If this bug is about the failure to upgrade to the new release of Ubuntu
that is because your /etc/apt/sources.list file contains "mirror" lines
instead of http or https and the release upgrader does not understand
those. If you switch your /etc/apt/sources.list file to use http then
the upgrade may work better.
