[Bug 1826638] [NEW] Upgrador stuck at 85% while setting up linux-headers-4.4.0-146-generic (4.4.0-146.172)

Similar thing happened around 1 month back. I waited for around 10 hours
then restarted the laptop resulting in corrupted os that was not
starting, giving errors I do not remember now. I do not want another
episode of currpted os.
