  plymouth-theme-spinner should show an Ubuntu logo when BGRT is missing

Status in plymouth package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  On a fairly new Lenovo laptop (T580) I tested, it doesn't have BGRT
  defined. So it's empty above the spinner.

  I also tried Windows to see how it handles when BGRT is missing, it
  shows a Windows logo for this case.
